I placed an online order at 6:30PM this evening for A KIDS BIRTHDAY PARTY. I received a confirmation email saying that my order would arrive at 7:30PM.

I called the ByPass Road Pizza Hut to find out when I could expect the order to be delivered at 7:45PM and I was told by Asia that the driver was en-route and it was going to be another 10-15 minutes and I would have my pizza. She also stated that since the order was late, she was going to credit me $3.00 for the inconvenience. I then called 540-981-0059 at 8:30 to find out what the additional delay was and I was informed that the order was cancelled because they don't deliver after dark. I would like to know WHY IN THE WORLD was I told at 7:45PM that the pizza was on the way?

I now have a house full of hungry children and my niece's party is RUINED!!!!!

I told the man on the phone that I will never order from Pizza Hut again and he said "whatever". I have never seen such a lack of professionalism from this organization!!!

I didn't like: Everythin, How rude the employees are, Irresponsible employer, Tried to reach a person at corporate all i get are recordings, Worst pizza hut experience i ever had.

If the party was RUINED!!!!! because of a few pies, it must not have been a great party to begin with.


Lots of kids but not a single adult driver present ?

How did they all get there ?

Nobody to drive the few minutes to pickup instead ?



I'm afraid you'll never get anyone to help you with anything if it comes prefaced with a promise to forever boycott the business.

If that is the way you treat whomever answers the phone, you don't stand much of a chance of ever receiving satisfaction from anyone.

If you spoke to me like that, I'd hang up on you without the "whatever".
